All investments are made at your own risk, and Onyx is not liable for any claims arising from such losses.
Accepted Cryptocurrencies: Onyx accepts specific cryptocurrencies for investment, as listed on the Platform. Ensure you use supported cryptocurrencies for all transactions.
Security: We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your cryptocurrency transactions. However, you are responsible for securing your wallet and private keys.
Irreversibility: Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Onyx is not responsible for losses due to errors in wallet addresses or unauthorized access to your accounts.

All complaints or disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform must be addressed exclusively in the courts of Singapore, India, or Russia. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts for any legal proceedings. Onyx is not liable for any claims pursued outside these jurisdictions, and you waive any right to initiate legal action elsewhere.
Onyx reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, including fraudulent activity, non-compliance with laws, or misuse of the referral program. Upon termination, you may lose access to your account and any pending returns, subject to applicable laws.
